We are finally on the market! We had a showing within the first 24 hours it was on the market, which was encouraging! It is definitely interesting when we get the appointment phone call, or just when we leave the house, It is a mad rush to get the kids and dog in the car and get the house immaculate! Not something I would recommend. So that is it for us now, just getting this baby sold!

stink! we could afford to buy that place!!!! to bad your not trying to sell it up here, you could get at least $400,000 for that!! :) it has been forever since we have been to Charlotte...we have to get down there, it's been forever since i've seen you!
