Whooo Hoooo!
After being homeless from 11 until 7 today, having FOUR showings, and rearranging LiAnns whole house, we recieved an offer! And we are actually pretty sure we will get one tomorrow as well. So we are going to wait and see what the offer tomorrow brings and see if we can come to an agreement with one of them! So it is looking like after only 18(!) days on the market we will have this Old Girl under contract!

Wow...that's pretty encouraging considering what people keep saying about the market these days. This gives me a little more optimism. Hope it goes well!
